Rugged housing

Все датчики OMRON спроектированы и испытаны, чтобы выдерживать вибрации и механические удары. Высококачественная нержавеющая сталь SUS 316L и конструкция корпуса датчиков E3ZM без выступающей оптики или регуляторов обеспечивают повышенную защиту от механических повреждений. Это не только обеспечивает большой срок службы датчика, но также существенно снижает риск того, что срезанные или сломанные детали датчика будут обработаны вместе с пищевыми продуктами.

Tight connections

Корпуса датчиков, предназначенных для использования в условиях повышенной чистоты, очень часто являются герметичными, однако все они имеют одно слабое место: соединение между датчиком и разъемом кабеля. Если при установке не был обеспечен правильный момент затяжки, то уплотнение может быть негерметичным или иметь повреждения. Это приводит к попаданию воды внутрь соединения.

Максимальную защиту от попадания воды обеспечивают устройства со встроенными кабелями. Однако использование таких устройств обычно вызывает трудности при их замене.

Мы предлагаем решение с максимальной защитой и эксплуатационной гибкостью, которые обеспечиваются использованием спиральных стопоров из нержавеющей стали.

Для обеспечения оптимального крутящего момента рекомендуется использовать храповой механизм XS5.

IP69k

Испытание IP69k согласно части 9 стандарта DIN 40 050 предназначено для моделирования очистки под высоким давлением / паром. В ходе испытания на датчик под разными углами распыляется 14-16 л воды в мин. при температуре 80ºC и давлении 8000-10000 кПа. Вода под высоким давлением не должна оказывать разрушительное воздействие на внешний вид и работу датчика.

Detergent resistance

Устойчивые к воздействию моющих средств датчики протестированы на щелочных и кислотных моющих средствах, повсеместно используемых в пищевой промышленности. Их срок службы, по меньшей мере, в 20 раз больше срока службы обычных датчиков с металлическим или пластмассовым корпусом.

Smooth housing

Корпус спроектирован для использования в условиях соблюдения требований гигиены. Для уменьшения зон потенциального роста бактерий датчики обладают ровной поверхностью, скругленными кромками и изготавливаются из высококачественной нержавеющей стали SUS 316L или пластмассы, стойкой к воздействию моющих средств.
