Высочайшая точность при конструировании и производстве оптических волокон и фокусирующих линз обеспечивает исключительно низкую погрешность луча и светового пятна, позволяя обнаруживать мельчайшие объекты и разности высот менее 100 мкм.

High production accuracy

Сфокусированное и высокоточное центрирование луча в процессе изготовления. Есть модели с типовым отклонением величиной 0,1°, обеспечивающие очень точное обнаружение.

Coaxial fibers

Коаксиальное оптоволоконо обеспечивает большую дистанцию срабатывания и точный контроль позиционирования, а также позволяет легко настроить фокус луча при использовании фокусирующей линзы.

Variable focal point

Коаксиальные волокна позволяют использовать регулируемые фокусные линзы в целях регулировки фокусной точки и размера пятна в тех случаях, где традиционные многожильные волокна проявляют непредсказуемое поведение.

Limited reflective fibers

Волоконно-оптические датчики с ограниченной зоной отражения от объекта собирают полное отражение на блестящих поверхностях, что позволяет определять перепады высот или объекты на заданном расстоянии.
