Датчик изображений HSDR CMOS

В ZX2 используется новая матрица на основе металло-оксидного полупроводника CMOS с широким динамическим диапазоном (HSDR). Она обеспечивает стабильность измерения на поверхностях от высоко поглощающих до высоко отражающих без потери точности. ZX2 обеспечивает непрерывный контроль уровня получаемого света и регулирует выходной сигнал лазерного диода для компенсации за общее время цикла 60 мкс.
Простая настройка

Простая настройка ZX2. Датчик ZX2 не требует сложной настройки и длительной регулировки параметров. Настройка датчика выполняется с помощью одной интеллектуальной кнопки, позволяющей задать тип измеряемой поверхности.

Применения

Обнаружение сдвоенных листов
Высокая точность измерения и возможность применения на различных типах поверхностей позволяют использовать датчик ZX2 для контроля сдвоенных листов.

Определение положения
Высокая скорость выполнения точных линейных измерений позволяет использовать датчик ZX2 для высокоточного определения положения.

Измерение толщины
Датчик ZX2 с легкостью выполняет измерение толщины благодаря вычислительному блоку. Высокая точность измерения толщины достигается даже на поверхностях с высокой отражающей способностью.

Измерение искривления
Использование нескольких датчиков ZX2 позволяет осуществлять контроль искривления и деформации компонентов. Устойчивость измерений достигается даже в случае колебаний температуры или изменения типа измеряемой поверхности.

Beam size: Defined as 1/e 2 (13.5%) of the central intensity at the smallest value of diameter for the measurement range (typical value) False detections can occur in the case there is light leakage outside the defined region and the surroundings of the target object have a high reflectance in comparison to the target object.
3. Resolution: indicates the degree of fluctuation (±3σ) of analog output when connected to the ZX2-LDA. (The measured value is given for the center distance for OMRON’s standard target object (diffuse-reflective models: white ceramic object, regular-reflective models: 1/4 λ flat mirror) when the response time of the ZX2-LDA is set to 128 ms.)
Indicates the repetition accuracy for when the workpiece is in a state of rest. Not an indication of distance accuracy. Resolution performance may not be satisfied in a strong electromagnetic field.
4. Linearity: indicates the error with respect to the ideal straight line of the displacement output in the case of measuring Omron’ s standard target object.
