Первый в мире инвертор, выполненный по трехуровневой схеме

G7 - первый в мире инвертор на напряжение 400 В, выполненный по трехуровневой схеме. Такое схемное решение сводит к минимуму или полностью устраняет проблемы, связанные с коммутацией IGBT-транзисторов (кабели очень большой длины, подшипниковые токи утечки и синфазные токи) и защищает систему "двигатель-привод" в целом.

  • 3-уровневое управление уменьшает скачки напряжения на обмотках двигателя до 50%. Нет необходимости в использовании стабилизатора переменного тока на длинных кабелях двигателя
  • Управление вектором потока. Прекрасная производительность в режиме разомкнутого контура с крутящим моментом 150% при 0,3 Гц
  • Бесшумная работа. Режим бесшумной работы без снижения тока (за счет повышения несущей частоты)
  • Широкий выбор дополнительных карт связи: промышленные сети, плата ПЛК, Mechatrolink, аналоговые и цифровые входы-выходы и т.д.
  • Программное обеспечение CX-Drive для конфигурирования параметров
